THIS LANDMARK IS INTENDED TO BE A STUNNING SPECTACLE OF PUBLIC ART &
ENTIRELY ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC,ICLUDING LIFT FOR HANDICAPPED,MODERN
STAIRCASE,DECKING AREA WITH DISPLAY FOR DIGITAL SCREEN AND ART.
IT WILL ALSO ACT AS A COMMUNAL GATHERING PLACE.THE SCULPTURE IS HAVING A
CENTRAL CLOCK TOWER WHICH ADDS THE SKYLINE WITH BEAUTY.
